The differenciation between the earnings of blue and white collar workers at BMW is about to be abolished. The re-structuring is accompanied by an internal communications campaign.

Realisation

A specific image style is created for the communications of ERA, which symbolizes the joint movement of the workers and employees. Interaction and dynamic photos create an active, positive atmosphere.
